Duties:

  • Support the team in organizing and maintaining case files.
  • Ensure all legal documents are filed in accordance with court procedures and deadlines.
  • Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure smooth case management.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar is preferred, but candidates preparing for the Bar exam will be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of legal documents.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar (preferred).
  • Pending Bar exam candidates may also apply.

Skills:

  • Proficient in legal document review and case management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for legal documents.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff.
  • Strong understanding of family law, criminal defense, or personal injury law (preferred but not required).
