Lyndhurst office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a tax partner with relevant legal experience. Experience structuring sophisticated business transactions in a tax-efficient manner is required. Experience in estate state planning and business succession planning for high-net-worth individuals is also needed. Must have US Tax Court trial experience. The candidate must preferably have a moderate book of portable business. Must be admitted in NJ/NY. A Master's in Taxation is strongly preferred.
