Litigation Associate Attorney

• Requirements:

  • Excellent academic credentials, with a JD from an accredited law school.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in medical malpractice litigation and familiarity with billable time practices is a plus.

• Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission by waiver or reciprocity.
