Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join its dynamic and growing IP practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to focus on patent litigation for both national and international clients. Location:

Duties:

• Focus on patent litigation, representing clients in legal proceedings.

• Draft and review legal documents such as briefs, motions, and discovery requests.

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on patent law matters.

• Collaborate with a team to develop case strategies and ensure effective execution.

• Manage multiple litigation cases while meeting deadlines.

• Participate in client meetings and communicate complex legal concepts.

• Maintain a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in the office).

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of intellectual property litigation experience.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Motivated to succeed and thrive in a client-focused setting.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Excellent academic record.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Expertise in patent litigation.

• Background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is highly encouraged.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
