This position is designed for an individual with 1-2 years of litigation experience, who is adept at navigating complex legal matters. Duties

  • Manage a variety of litigation cases, including but not limited to personal injury, real estate, fiduciary disputes, collections, and corporate litigation.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to formulate arguments and prepare necessary legal documents.
  • Draft and negotiate various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in court, handling all facets of litigation including depositions, trials, and appeals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals to gain a comprehensive understanding of each case's complexities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal proceedings and client communications.
  • Provide clear and concise legal guidance and advice to clients regarding their cases.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience is required; experience in legal drafting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures and ability to navigate complex legal environments.
  • Proven skills in legal drafting and negotiation.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey legal concepts.
