The attorney will manage cases from intake to resolution, providing high-quality legal representation and advocacy.

Duties

• Represent clients in premises liability cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Maintain regular client communication to ensure updates and case management
• Conduct and defend depositions effectively
• Draft and respond to legal motions proficiently
• Develop comprehensive case strategies and lead mediation
• Prepare for and participate in trials, advocating vigorously for clients
• Collaborate with a network of attorneys and support staff for case management
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft documents as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in Premises Liability cases
• Proven background in Personal Injury litigation
• Strong litigation skills and a successful track record in court proceedings
• Active license and good standing with the Alabama State Bar
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and responding to legal motions
• In-depth knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Alabama State Bar (must be in good standing)
