Job Overview:
A respected law firm located in Encino, CA is seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury/Civil Litigation Attorney. This role offers an opportunity to manage and oversee the personal injury and civil litigation practice, handling cases from start to finish with the support of a dedicated team. While trial experience is a plus, it is not required. The role will also involve assisting with depositions for the workers' compensation department.

Duties:

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Supervise and provide guidance to support staff
• Handle client communications and case management efficiently
• Assist in depositions related to workers' compensation cases
• Develop and implement legal strategies for case resolution
• Collaborate with the firm’s team to ensure timely and accurate case progress
• Maintain a high standard of client service and case quality

Requirements:

• Proven experience in personal injury and civil litigation
• Strong legal knowledge and ability to apply it to complex cases
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle a caseload independently while managing a team
• Willingness to collaborate and contribute to firm growth
• Experience in trial work is beneficial but not mandatory

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
