Duties

  • Handle corporate transactional, litigation, and real estate legal matters.

  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, or other judicial tribunals, presenting well-reasoned legal arguments.
  • Analyze and summarize complicated legal documents, including contracts, and suggest revisions as needed.
  • Negotiate contractual issues and legal disputes, including participation in settlement conferences.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential legal risks for clients and develop strategies to avoid litigation.
  • Perform due diligence in legal matters involving contracts, agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
  • Active California State Bar License (required).
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex legal issues across corporate, litigation, and real estate law.
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience negotiating and drafting contracts and legal agreements.
  • Local candidates only; no relocation or remote work available.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
