Requirements

  • Significant experience with HIPAA and other privacy laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with other privacy frameworks, including CCPA, GDPR, and FTC rules, is a plus.
  • Experience working with technology companies is a bonus.

Education & Certifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
