Job Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of business and real estate litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Indiana and in good standing.
  • 3-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on real estate litigation preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in civil litigation, including depositions and courtroom advocacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Certifications:
