Litigation Family Law Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in The Woodlands, TX, seeks a Litigation Family Law Attorney to manage family law cases with exceptional skill and dedication. The ideal candidate will handle cases from initiation through resolution, providing outstanding client service and contributing to practice improvement.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from inception to conclusion.
• Provide superior customer service, including monthly status reports and conducting weekly case reviews.
• Make recommendations for practice improvements to practice managers.
• Track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software and performance metrics.
• Represent clients in court and manage all legal proceedings related to family law matters.
• Develop and implement case strategies, negotiate settlements, and draft legal documents.
• Maintain thorough and accurate case files and records.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 2-6 years of litigation experience, with specific expertise in family law.
• Proven experience as the first chair in family law cases.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new technical programs and software.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Texas State Bar License.
