Duties

• Defend clients against medical malpractice claims in both state and federal courts.
• Conduct thorough case management from notice of intent (NOI) through trial.
• Take and defend depositions to gather essential case information.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.

Requirements

• 2.5-5 years of experience in defending medical malpractice claims.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in legal representation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
