Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation to Common Interest Developments.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare case analyses, and offer strategic advice to clients.

  • Engage in litigation matters as needed to support client interests.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide timely responses.
  • Collaborate with a team-oriented approach to support firm objectives and client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in corporate counsel and/or litigation.
  • Strong academic background, with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active California State Bar License, in good standing.
