Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and draft briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case strategies.
  • Engage with enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Provide advice on antitrust compliance and risk management.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in antitrust law, including civil litigation and regulatory investigations.
  • Substantive knowledge of antitrust law is essential.
  • Experience working with DOJ/FTC or prior government service in these agencies is highly preferred.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic credentials are required.
