Job Overview

A prominent law firm based in Miami, FL is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Attorney with 3-5 years of relevant legal experience. This role will involve working with clients on data breach response, privacy regulations, and cybersecurity-related litigation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, and counseling skills and will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

  • Advise clients on data breach response, mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate forensic investigations following cybersecurity incidents.
