Location:

Duties:

• Co-counsel with the law firm on family law cases
• Manage a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and alimony matters
• Provide compassionate and ethical legal representation to clients during significant life events
• Handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining organization and efficiency
• Collaborate with the firm’s team for client sourcing, intake, marketing, and administrative support
• Manage case-related communication, documentation, and filings

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar
• 3+ years of experience in family law practice
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and clients efficiently
• Experience with limited scope representation is a plus
• Strong commitment to delivering empathetic and ethical legal services

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia (or applicable state)

Skills:

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and client management abilities
• Knowledge of family law, including divorce, child custody, and support matters
