Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload with a focus on complex litigation matters.
• Participate in investigations and government enforcement actions.
• Draft, review, and manage various legal documents, including motions, briefs, and correspondence.
• Conduct thorough legal research and develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and other court proceedings.
• Collaborate with team members on large-scale projects and client cases.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Should have 4-6 years of experience.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Law firm experience is essential.
• Federal court clerkship experience is a plus.
• Background in FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) and FCA (False Claims Act) matters is advantageous.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the New York State Bar.
