Duties

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in construction and design transactions.

• Familiarity with industry-standard construction and design forms (preferred but not required).
• Prior experience in real estate development, public procurement, or construction claims resolution is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio or eligible for immediate licensing reciprocity.
