Duties:

• Manage and assist with all phases of intellectual property litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Participate in discovery processes, including depositions and document review.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations with opposing counsel.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to intellectual property.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar is preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent and trademark matters.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar is preferred.
• Patent Bar registration is a plus.
