Family Law Attorney

A law firm located in Colorado Springs is seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. This role involves working closely with clients to provide exceptional service and representation in family law matters.

Duties:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support proceedings.
• Draft and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and agreements.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and obligations.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Handle multiple cases and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court as necessary.

Requirements:

• Active admission to the Colorado Bar.
• Demonstrated exceptional writing skills through writing samples.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
