Patent Attorney

The candidate should be admitted to the Patent Bar and a State Bar, and possess an undergraduate degree in engineering with excellent academic qualifications. The candidate will provide a range of intellectual property legal services including preparing, drafting, and prosecuting patent applications; counseling on intellectual property matters including patent clearance and infringement opinions; counseling on contract and technology transfer matters; and reviewing and negotiating patent licenses.

The candidate should have excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Should have strong project and client management skills.
