Duties

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional law, including corporate law, estate planning, and real estate transactions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to independently manage one-on-one consultations with clients.
  • Business and technology savvy or the ability to learn quickly in these areas.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in areas outside the core responsibilities when needed.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.
