Job Overview:
A prominent law firm located in Spokane, WA, is currently looking for a highly skilled and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join their dynamic team. This firm focuses on advocating for injury victims and is seeking an attorney with a strong interest in litigation and trial work. The ideal candidate will have some experience in personal injury cases and a desire to work in a collaborative environment. A Spanish-speaking attorney is a plus.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Conduct legal research and investigate case details
• Attend court dates and argue motions
• Meet with clients to review case status and advise on legal matters
• Review medical records and other evidence related to injuries
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Serve as 1st or 2nd chair in jury trials
• Collaborate with a large support staff and manage caseload effectively
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Experience in personal injury law or litigation preferred
• Strong aptitude for trial work and litigation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Excellent communication, legal research, and writing skills
• Ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and care
• The ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in good standing within the State Of Washington

Skills:

• Client-focused approach with excellent communication abilities
• Organizational and time management skills
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred but not required)
