This full-time role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of personal injury cases, from car accidents to medical malpractice, while providing expert legal representation to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and litigation skills, have experience managing a diverse caseload, and be committed to achieving favorable outcomes for injured clients.

Duties:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and fall, medical malpractice, and other injury-related claims.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to clients, ensuring they fully understand their rights and the available legal options.
  • Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach fair settlements.
  • Prepare and file essential legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery materials.
  • Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings when necessary.
  • Work closely with legal assistants, paralegals, and support staff to streamline case management and ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal injury attorney, with a solid track record in handling a variety of injury claims.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury law, with experience in settlement negotiations and litigation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
