  • Handle day-to-day demands and workflow on a range of M&A-related matters.
  • Manage client relationships and address the needs of clients with sophisticated legal requirements.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on M&A transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong experience in drafting and negotiating M&A-related documents.
  • Proven ability to manage deal processes and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience supervising junior attorneys or legal staff.
  • High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage complex legal issues under tight deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar is preferred, or eligibility for admission.

Skills:
