Associate Attorney needed for Baltimore office

Job Overview: A well-established law firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its Personal Injury practice. This on-site position offers the opportunity to independently manage and litigate personal injury cases from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to case management, and a results-driven mindset. Cases will be provided by the firm, and the attorney will be responsible for developing case strategies and working closely with clients throughout the litigation process.

Duties:

• Independently manage and litigate personal injury cases with minimal supervision.
• Develop and implement case strategies from inception to resolution.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
• Maintain a high level of organization while handling multiple cases simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with clients and keep them informed throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

• Strong motivation, ambition, and drive to succeed.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
