A law firm based in Washington DC is currently seeking a Mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney with a strong background in balance sheet bank lending. The ideal candidate should possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills, demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, and have a desire for significant responsibility and client interaction.

 

Duties:

  • Handle sophisticated real estate lending transactions, with a focus on balance sheet bank lending.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate finance transactions.
  • Conduct legal research to support transactional work and provide legal opinions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful completion of transactions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a law firm, with a focus on real estate lending transactions.
  • Exposure to balance sheet bank lending work is preferred.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
