    • Draft and prepare various legal documents such as notices, pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
    • Represent clients proficiently in court proceedings, arbitrations, and administrative hearings, ensuring their interests are vigorously advocated.
    • Collaborate closely with firm attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services and achieve favorable client outcomes.
    • Manage and prioritize a substantial caseload, maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring efficient case progression.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate law.
    • Strong ability to work independently under deadlines, with exceptional writing and analytical skills.
    • Prior experience communicating effectively with clients and real estate professionals regarding legal matters.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities to manage complex cases effectively.
    • Admitted to the New York State Bar.
  • Education and Certifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
