Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Advise clients on legal issues and provide sound legal counsel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation cases.
• Manage case files and maintain organized records of all case-related documents.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Participate in discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
• Prepare and conduct examinations of witnesses and experts.
• Stay current with litigation and legal practice developments relevant to the firm's cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Proven track record of handling litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and substantive law.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
