Duties:

  • Provide legal support for family-based immigration and litigation departments
  • Represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and other federal agencies
  • Handle client communications and case preparation
  • Collaborate with a legal team to ensure effective case management and successful outcomes
  • Stay updated on immigration law changes and provide informed legal advice

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active U.S. Bar license (required)

Skills:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
