Duties:

  • Assist in the preparation of pleadings, notices, and subpoenas.
  • Provide legal and administrative support to senior partners.

  • Coordinate and file discovery documents involving attorneys and clients.
  • Review discovery cases and provide updates to attorneys.
  • Analyze legal conflicts and provide sound advice to clients on potential solutions.
  • Assist in reviewing legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate effectively with partners to ensure the smooth handling of cases.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana; additional state licenses are beneficial.
  • Previous experience in the private practice of law preferred.
  • Strong interest in business, real estate, civil litigation, estate planning, and probate law.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
