Duties

• Handle multifaceted commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft persuasive legal briefs, motions, and discovery documents

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on case law and procedure

• Participate in and manage depositions, hearings, and court proceedings

• Interact directly with clients and opposing counsel in a professional manner

• Navigate complex procedural and substantive issues across federal, state, and local jurisdictions

• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategy and meet deadlines efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of prior experience in a private law firm setting

• Proficient knowledge of litigation rules and court procedures

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple matters

• Strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning abilities

• Admission to practice law in the State of Arizona

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• An active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar

Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication

• Advanced legal research proficiency

• Interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset

• Comfortable with client interaction and professional presentations

• Experience with motion practice and deposition work is a plus
