Family Law Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks a skilled and compassionate Family Law Attorney to join its team in Baltimore, MD. Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony/spousal support, and property division.

• Conduct thorough legal research to stay current with evolving family law regulations and precedents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials, advocating effectively for clients.
• Provide clear and timely legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff to manage case files and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and dedication to case outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law litigation.
• Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload and manage complex legal matters.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present cases persuasively in court.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple cases simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
