Duties

  • Represent creditors in foreclosure litigation cases, including handling court appearances, motions, and trials
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to foreclosure and creditors’ rights
  • Advise clients on foreclosure matters, providing guidance on creditors’ rights
  • Negotiate settlements and pursue favorable resolutions for clients
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to manage cases comprehensively
  • Remain informed of changes in foreclosure and creditors’ rights laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in foreclosure litigation and creditors’ rights
  • Strong knowledge of New Jersey foreclosure and creditors’ rights laws and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high caseload and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
