Duties:

• Analyze medical records to support case development and defense.
• Represent clients effectively in court, ensuring strong advocacy throughout the litigation process.
• Participate actively in depositions, conferences, hearings, and all phases of medical malpractice litigation.
• Engage with medical experts to gather insights and strengthen case arguments.
• Conduct thorough legal and medical research and analysis to inform case strategy.
• Prepare and draft motions in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice law in New York.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in medical malpractice or healthcare litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases with minimal supervision, showcasing both initiative and independence.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
