Job Title: Real Estate Attorney - Investment Funds Group

Job Overview: A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their Investment Funds Group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Candidates with familiarity with securities offerings are preferred. This is a non-partnership track, professional track attorney position. Flexible work structure available, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles. The firm encourages candidates who demonstrate strong analytical skills, business judgment, and the ability to collaborate and work independently.

Duties:

  • Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on investment fund matters.
  • Manage multiple client matters efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work.
  • Maintain detailed records of legal documentation and case progress.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, particularly in acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively in teams and independently.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (TX).
