Duties:

• Represent clients in appellate matters, including legal research, brief writing, and oral arguments.

• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide valuable insights.

• Draft and review legal documents, motions, and appeals.

• Contribute to the firm’s growth by actively participating in litigation and legal proceedings.

• Engage in client communication to ensure timely updates and delivery of legal services.

• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices, fostering a cooperative and dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on appellate law or general liability.

• Proven track record of legal expertise with strong references and consistent job stability.

• An active member of the California State Bar in good standing.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Member of the California State Bar in good standing.
