Job Overview: A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in all phases of the litigation process, from case inception through resolution.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Manage discovery processes, including document review and production.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Assist senior attorneys with case strategy and management.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
  • Experience in civil litigation preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
