Your responsibilities will include managing enforcement matters, strategic planning to mitigate tariffs and leverage free trade agreements, and expertly navigating customs litigation. In particular, experience with the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) and Withhold Release Order (WRO) enforcement matters will be highly valued.
