Requirements:

• Proven experience handling immigration cases, including family-based, employment-based, and investment visas, as well as immigration court proceedings.
• Strong advocacy and legal research skills.
• Ability to effectively manage deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
• Prioritize excellent client communication and service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar license in good standing within the relevant jurisdiction.
