The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in Oregon or Washington and will possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

Duties

  • Manage and oversee multiple case files simultaneously
  • Conduct legal research and analyze relevant case law
  • Monitor and track various deadlines to ensure timely filings
  • Handle dictation and prepare legal documents
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex defense litigation cases
  • Take initiative on legal matters and contribute to strategic planning

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Oregon or Washington
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A competitive personality with critical thinking skills

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Strong academic background

Certifications

  • Admission to the Oregon State Bar or Washington State Bar
  • Dual licensure in both Oregon and Washington is preferred but not required
