Location:

Duties:

• Handle commercial litigation matters with a focus or interest in IP litigation
• Draft discovery, substantive motions, and other legal documents for Federal and State courts
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal arguments
• Provide oral advocacy in court hearings and trials
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to manage cases efficiently
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Experience or interest in IP litigation
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience drafting discovery and motions for both Federal and State courts
• Prior experience with large cases and/or firms preferred
• Arizona State Bar license required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Strong academic credentials, including Law Review

Certifications:

• Arizona Bar license required
