Job Overview:
A prominent law firm located in Riverside, CA, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex cases involving real estate disputes, title insurance litigation, and other business-related legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid litigation background with a focus on real estate and business law, as well as excellent skills in legal writing and case management.

Duties:

• Independently manage and litigate cases in real estate, title insurance, and general business disputes.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery materials.
• Handle depositions, mediations, and negotiations with opposing counsel.
• Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in court, including trial preparation and conducting trials when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other legal professionals and staff to deliver high-quality client service.
• Stay up-to-date on developments in real estate and business law.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in title insurance litigation, insurance coverage, or business law is preferred.
• Ability to handle cases independently from inception to resolution.
• Strong skills in legal writing, analysis, and law and motion practice.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions, and drafting dispositive motions.
• Ability to handle complex cases and think critically under pressure.
• Must be admitted to practice law in California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
