Duties:

• Manage all phases of construction defect litigation, including discovery, pleadings, and motions.
• Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Prepare and argue motions in court.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Provide legal analysis and strategic recommendations on construction defect cases.
• Manage a diverse caseload and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Proven experience in construction defect litigation (defense side).
• Strong research and writing skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
