Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, business professionals, and third parties.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates on case-related tasks.
• Collaborate with experts to develop factual and expert evidence.
• Assist in fact development, depositions, and witness preparation.
• Review, draft, and respond to discovery requests, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Contribute to the development of case strategy and litigation tactics.
• Maintain compliance with firm policies, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including prolonged computer work and virtual meetings.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Maryland.
• 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
