Duties

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
• Manage and grow a book of business while also supporting the firm’s existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices.
• Maintain strong client relationships and instill confidence through strategic legal guidance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business law, real estate, or transactional work.
• Strong academic background and legal expertise.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow a client base.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the firm’s legal team.
• Active membership in the Utah State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
