Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation, including preparing for and attending trials.

• Conducted legal research and drafted motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.

• Assess cases, develop litigation strategies, and negotiate settlements.

• Engage in regular client communication to provide updates and legal guidance.

• Show empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive client matters.

• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and support staff to optimize case outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience.

• Proven first-chair trial experience.

• Strong negotiation, litigation, and advocacy skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
