New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation attorney with 3-5 years of real estate litigation experience. The candidate should also have some experience in representing clients in complex residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters, and handling various aspects of litigation, including negotiating and drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements. Knowledge of City and State Court practice and procedure is required. Knowledge of NYS regulatory statutes is essential.

The candidate must have strong research and writing skills with the ability to produce polished, professional documents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
