Job Overview: A law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced Asset-Backed Finance Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of relevant experience. Duties:

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of securities laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to structured finance offerings.
  • Admission to practice law in New York and in good standing.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
