  • 2 years of patent attorney or agent experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Commitment to patent prosecution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Admission to practice before the USPTO.
  • Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or other relevant physical sciences field.
  • 6 years of patent attorney or agent experience.

Education and Certifications:

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related field.
  • Admission to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
